Peter Ellis
Peter is the founder of New Earth and the creator behind MicroGrow. With over two decades of hands-on experience across electronic engineering, embedded systems, automation, electrical installation, and hardware and software design, he brings deep practical knowledge to the vision.
His work is focused on building systems that support resilience, wellbeing, food production, and a more conscious future. Through New Earth, Peter is bringing together engineering, sustainability, and long-term systems thinking to help shape technology in service of life.

Hayley Arthur
Hayley is a vital part of the heart behind New Earth. Her presence, support, and shared belief in the vision help ground the project in healing, care, connection, and real human values.
