Privacy Policy
This policy describes the current Website V2 privacy baseline in plain language.
Last updated: 4 September 2026
Who this information is for
This policy applies to the current public Website V2 operated by New Earth Advanced Technologies Ltd (company number 17286202), registered in England and Wales. New Earth is the wider public initiative and framework; the company operates the website but does not replace New Earth as the public umbrella.
Information collected through Contact V1
The Contact form collects the name, email address, selected route, selected subject, optional organisation and message supplied by a visitor. These details are used to read, route and respond to an enquiry. The form does not intentionally request a phone number, postal address, date of birth or account information.
How information is handled
The current handler does not create a website database or intentionally store submissions. Enquiry information may be present in the receiving mailbox and relevant correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the enquiry, maintain relevant correspondence or meet legitimate legal or operational requirements.
Why we use enquiry information
We use information submitted through the Contact form to receive, route and respond to enquiries and to maintain necessary correspondence.
Our primary lawful basis for this processing is our legitimate interests in communicating with people who choose to contact New Earth and in operating the website responsibly.
Where processing is required to meet a legal obligation, we may rely on that basis instead.
Who may process the information
Information may be processed by service providers used to host the website and provide email services where this is necessary to operate the Contact system.
We do not sell contact information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Cookies and technical information
The current Website V2 implementation does not add analytics, advertising trackers, marketing tags or newsletter enrolment. The site does not intentionally use localStorage or sessionStorage. Ordinary hosting and security systems may process technical information such as request time, IP address and browser or device information as part of operating and protecting the website.
- See the Cookie Policy for the current storage and tracking position.
- Do not send passwords or other sensitive information through the Contact form.
External services
The current site uses ordinary links to external websites. Those services operate independently and have their own privacy practices. No external social feed, analytics service, advertising platform or embedded marketing service is added by this baseline.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may provide rights including access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability. You may also have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Requests should be made through the public Contact route so they can be directed appropriately.
Complaints
If you have a concern about how your personal information is handled, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
